With the recent addition of the Copaiba softgels, (which are my new favourite) I got thinking… how much oil is in that little magic pill?

Softgels make it easy to take essential oils internally, no fuss, no mess! While taking essential oils internally is a great way to experience their benefits, it is important to be aware of how many drops you are ingesting.

Here is the perfect reference chart to keep handy. The amount stated is for one softgel. This chart will be great if you do run out of your softgels and need to make your own with veggie caps as well!
One note: Serenity softgels have Lavender essential oil in them, not the Serenity Blend (as that one can not be taken internally)
