Keto for Vegetarians

Have you heard of Keto before?

I had and something about eating loads of bacon just didn't sit right with me. I had been looking for a way to change my eating habits and trim down a bit and one of my besties gave me this book!

She had been doing this version of Keto for a while and was feeling so energized, lighter and all around better. So I read through it and decided to start on my new health journey with doing the Keto-Tarian style of Keto.

Basically it is a Pescatarian/Vegetarian style of eating with lots of avocado, coconut milk and veggies, with some protein mixed in!

I have been doing it for 6 weeks now and I am feeling great! My bloat is gone, I have lost some inched and I don't feel weighed down by food anymore. I am not "super strict" on it, I mean it's summer and who doesn't want a glass of Rosé once in a while but for the most part it has been great!

The book has so many great recipes and I find eating this way is very sustainable and it makes me feel fabulous!
